A new pipe inside the old one.
A resin-soaked liner is pulled into the damaged pipe and cured in place, creating a smooth, joint-free pipe without digging up the yard, driveway or garden.
- Method: Cured-in-place liner
- Typical timeline: A day or two
- Prep: Cleaning and camera first

What it is, and why it matters.
Trenchless lining repairs a pipe from the inside. A flexible tube soaked in resin is pulled or inverted into the old pipe, inflated against its walls and cured with steam, hot water or light. When it hardens, it forms a new pipe within the old one, sealing cracks, joints and root entry points.
Lining works well when the old pipe is still in line and has a reasonable shape, even if it is cracked or full of root-entry joints. A Nashville home with a driveway, deck or mature garden above the line is a good candidate. We clean and camera the pipe first, then line it and run the camera again to confirm the result. Pipe that is collapsed or badly offset may need another method.

Access is through the cleanout or a small pit.

Trenchless Pipe Lining: common questions
How long does a pipe liner last?
Manufacturers commonly describe liners as lasting for decades when properly installed in a suitable pipe. Results depend on the pipe's condition, the installation and the use, and we explain the warranty terms in writing.
Can every damaged pipe be lined?
No. Lining needs a pipe that is reasonably in line and not collapsed. Badly offset or collapsed sections may need a spot repair first, or replacement by another method.
