Grease gone from the whole line.
Hot water and the right nozzle strip kitchen and restaurant lines of the hardened grease that cables miss, so drains stay open between cleanings.
- Equipment: High-pressure jetters, hot water on request
- Typical visit: One to three hours
- Schedule: Monthly, quarterly or as needed

What it is, and why it matters.
Cooking grease leaves the kitchen as a liquid and cools into a waxy coating on the walls of the pipe. Layer upon layer, it narrows the line until water and food solids cannot get through. A cable punches a hole in the middle and leaves the coating behind, so the line clogs again within weeks.
We jet grease lines with high-pressure water and a nozzle that clears the full wall, then follow the line to the grease trap or the main. Nashville restaurants and apartment buildings often schedule monthly or quarterly jetting, and we also clean the trap so that grease does not simply travel to the next stop. The goal is a line that stays open between visits.
Four things done right.
Wall stripped
Water removes the coating, not just the center of the clog.
Trap included
We clean the grease trap so the problem does not move downstream.

Grease Line Jetting: common questions
How often should a restaurant line be jetted?
Busy kitchens commonly schedule jetting monthly or quarterly. The right interval depends on volume and the menu, and we adjust it after seeing how fast the line refills.
Does a grease trap replace jetting?
No. A trap catches grease before it enters the main line, but the lines before and after it still collect residue. Both need regular cleaning.
How do I get a price for grease line jetting?
Fill in the form or call or text 615-209-7643. We confirm what is involved and send a written price, and most properties get a free estimate visit.
Ready to talk about grease line jetting?
A short visit, a camera when it helps and a written price. A real person calls back, usually the same day.
