Water pressure that scrubs the pipe clean.
A hydro jetter sends a rotating stream of high-pressure water through the line, washing away grease, scale, silt and root hair that a cable only pokes through.
- Equipment: Truck or trailer-mounted jetters
- Typical visit: One to three hours
- Before: Camera check of pipe condition when needed

What it is, and why it matters.
A cable machine cuts a hole through a blockage, but the pipe wall stays coated. Hydro jetting does the opposite: a hose with a special nozzle pushes forward and sprays water backward and sideways at high pressure, scouring the whole wall and flushing the debris out of the line.
We use jetting on main lines with repeat clogs, grease-heavy kitchen lines, cast iron with scale and any pipe where we want to restore the full diameter. Before we jet a Nashville line we look at it with a camera, because a cracked or broken pipe should be repaired, not blasted. The nozzle and pressure are chosen to fit the pipe material and condition.
Four things done right.
Full-wall cleaning
Water scours the entire circumference, not just the center.
Matched to the pipe
Nozzle and pressure are chosen for the material and age of the line.
Proof, not promises
A follow-up camera pass shows the result.
Fewer repeat calls
Clean walls stay clear longer than a cable-opened hole.
From first call to hydro jetting.
- 01
Camera first
Look at the pipe so jetting is safe for it.
- 02
Choose the nozzle
Pick a forward or rotating tip for the blockage.
- 03
Jet the line
Work the hose along the full length.
- 04
Confirm
Run water and camera the pipe after cleaning.

Hydro Jetting: common questions
Will hydro jetting damage my pipes?
In sound pipe it does not, since the pressure is set to suit the material. A pipe that is cracked, collapsed or badly deteriorated can be damaged by any cleaning tool, which is why we camera it first and recommend repair when needed.
How often should a line be jetted?
A line with grease or scale problems may benefit from jetting once or twice a year, while a clean modern line may never need it. A camera inspection helps set a schedule based on what is in the pipe.
How do I get a price for hydro jetting?
Fill in the form or call or text 615-209-7643. We confirm what is involved and send a written price, and most properties get a free estimate visit.
Ready to talk about hydro jetting?
A short visit, a camera when it helps and a written price. A real person calls back, usually the same day.
