Which drains are acting up?
A first read from common patterns, not a diagnosis. If you smell gas, leave the building and call your gas utility or 911 first.

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?
Yes. Call or text 615-209-7643 any hour for sewage backups, overflowing toilets, a stopped main line and storm flooding. A real person answers, and we tell you the visit price before we roll.
What should I do when my sewer backs up?
Stop using water, keep people and pets away from wastewater, move valuables off the floor and call us. If the main cleanout is outside and safe to reach, opening the cap can relieve pressure. Photograph the damage before cleanup for your insurance claim.
Why does my drain keep clogging?
Repeating clogs usually mean something in the line is wrong: roots at a joint, scale in old cast iron, grease buildup or a low spot that holds water. A camera inspection shows which, and hydro jetting cleans the pipe wall better than a cable.
